Lee Bay is a small village on the North Devon Coast within the AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). Situated between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe. Accessed via very small lanes through the Fuchsia Valley.
With very limited access, listed buildings / structures on both sides accessing this project needed to be slow and precise. Ensuring there was no damage caused to adjoining existing structures . This private dwelling situated high on a cliff overlooking Lee Bay. Required an access road to be constructed just to reach the works and enable the cart away off site.
The whole rear section of the house was carefully demolished and all materials generated were carted away off site.
